2007 Dry Creek Valley Syrah

2007 Dry Creek Valley

Syrah

DRY CREEK VALLEY

ALLOCATION LIST: $23.40
RETAIL: $26.00

—  SOLD OUT —

TASTING NOTES

A delicious, up-front and easy-drinking barbecue wine on the dark fruit side of the spectrum with aromas of blackberry, black currant, cinnamon, beef jerky and leather. The palate offers smooth berry flavors dominated by blackberry and dark raspberry with hints of black pepper, coffee and caramel. Not as structured or tightly wound as many of our Syrah, this one should open up a bit earlier than its two compatriots coming out in the Fall. We hope that our “stimulus-package” pre-release price of $21.50 makes this a perfect house or party wine for any occasion.
