An adult (21 years or older) must be available during normal business hours to sign for all wine deliveries. (A business address is strongly recommended.) We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

How do I order wine?

Direct sales are allocated exclusively to our E|K Direct Club members. You may review and update your customized allocation requests for our Spring and Fall shipments, plus all of your other account information, anytime you like by visiting My Account on our website.

When do Spring and Fall releases ship?

Weather permitting, Spring releases generally ship in mid-March and Fall releases from late October to early November.
