Raising a Glass to Art

I decided to go back to art school in my 30’s to get my Bachelor’s degree in Painting & Drawing. I had a background as an art director working in advertising but my true love was painting. During my last year in school, Kent (who was also working in advertising as a creative director) decided he wanted to leave to pursue winemaking. We were brainstorming ideas for our labels and the idea just hit us over the head! Here I was an artist, with lots of artist friends but we all faced a common dilemma… how do unknown artists get their work out there? It seemed like the perfect marriage of our passions.

Today we’re proud to feature new works of art on every Eric Kent wine. Each artist brings a unique vision that compliments the spirit behind our own efforts. And with every vintage we take a portion of our sales and try to support these artists by purchasing their original works. It makes each new release a doubly exciting event — one we hope you’ll look forward to celebrating with us again and again.
